The American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) has released its 2014-15 All-American recipients. The OHIO Division II Bobcats are proud to announce that five of its student athletes have received Academic All-American accolades from this past season.

  • #1 Joe Juratovac – Junior, Engineering Major, Mechanical.

  • #4 Jordan Frasse – Junior, Business Major, Finance and Analytics.

  • #14 Tyler Smith – Senior, Sociology-Criminology Major, Minors in Political Science, Psychology, Spanish and a Certificate in Law, Justice and Culture.

  • #16 Cody Turcotte – Junior, Business Major, Accounting and Business Pre-Law.

  • #21 Nick Levine – Junior, Business Major, MIS and Analytics.

When asked about his player’s accomplishments, head coach Philip Oberlin had this to say, “I’m very proud of what these young men have accomplished in the classroom. It’s a testament to their dedication and work ethic both on and off the ice.” In order to qualify for ACHA Academic All-American honors the athlete must be of junior or senior status based on credit hours and have a minimum GPA of 3.20.
